Golden hour

Hard Honey Collins

Wine Zero-Proof 0.0% ABV
CocktailOfficial
  • 1.5 oz gin or vodka
  • Splash of lime
  • Wine Hive₂Ø fill

Build over ice in a collins glass: spirit, lime, then fill with Wine Hive₂Ø. Stir once.

Collins · Garnish: Lime wheel

Why it works

Lime's citric acid lifts the semi-dry honey wine's floral phenolics while the sparkle carries the botanicals — a classic collins acid-bridge.

Patio party

Tequila Swarm

Atomic Berry 4 Pack
CocktailOfficial
  • 1.5 oz tequila
  • Splash of lemonade
  • Atomic Berry Hive₂O fill

Build over ice: tequila, lemonade, fill with Atomic Berry. Give it one swirl.

Highball · Garnish: Lemon wheel + berries

Why it works

Roasted-agave depth contrasts the bright berry esters; lemonade's citric acid bridges into Atomic Berry's malic snap.

Anytime refresher

Beeee Refreshed

Ginger Mule 4 Pack
CocktailOfficial
  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • Splash of lemonade
  • Ginger Mule Hive₂O fill

Build over ice: vodka, lemonade, fill with Ginger Mule.

Copper mug · Garnish: Candied ginger

Why it works

A clean spirit lets gingerol heat and citral brightness lead — the mule template with honey instead of syrup.

After dinner

Bourbon and the Peanut Butter Bees

PBee&J 4 Pack
CocktailOfficial
  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • Splash of lemonade
  • PBee&J Hive₂O fill

Build over ice: bourbon, lemonade, fill with PBee&J.

Rocks · Garnish: Orange peel

Why it works

Bourbon's oak vanillin locks onto PBee&J's roasted-peanut pyrazines — dessert chemistry in a highball.

Game day

Hopping BeeHive

Ginger Mule 4 PackHoppy Penelope 4 Pack
CocktailOfficial
  • 1.5 oz vodka, gin, tequila or rum
  • Splash Ginger Mule Hive₂O
  • Hoppy Penelope Hive₂O fill

Build over ice: spirit, a splash of Ginger Mule, fill with Hoppy Penelope.

Pint or highball · Garnish: Grapefruit twist

Why it works

Gingerol heat against hop iso-alpha bitterness — a hot-vs-bitter contrast that keeps the palate moving.

Date night

Hives and Hearts

Hops Zero-Proof 0.0% ABVAtomic Berry 4 Pack
CocktailOfficial
  • 1.5 oz white rum
  • Splash HOPS Hive₂Ø
  • Splash of lemonade
  • Atomic Berry Hive₂O fill

Build over ice: rum, HOPS splash, lemonade, fill with Atomic Berry.

Highball · Garnish: Skewered berries

Why it works

Hop linalool amplifies the berry's own linalool — a floral-fruit stack rounded by rum's cane sweetness.

Slow evening

Old Fashioned PBee&J

PBee&J 4 PackWine Zero-Proof 0.0% ABV
CocktailOfficial
  • 2 oz Makers Mark bourbon
  • 4 dashes of bitters
  • 1 oz honey
  • Orange peel
  • Splash of Hive₂Ø Wine
  • Fill with PBee&J Hive₂O

Stir bourbon, honey and bitters with ice; strain over a large cube, add the Wine splash, top with PBee&J. Express the orange peel.

Rocks · Garnish: Orange peel

Why it works

Bitters' gentian edge + oak vanillin + peanut pyrazines: the old-fashioned template with a Maillard twist; honey's gluconic acid replaces the sugar cube.

Showing off

Drunken Queen Bee

Hoppy Penelope 4 PackAtomic Berry 4 Pack
CocktailOfficial
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • Hoppy Penelope Hive₂O fill
  • Top layer float of Atomic Berry Hive₂O

Build bourbon over ice, fill with Hoppy Penelope, then float Atomic Berry over a bar spoon for the layered crown.

Highball · Garnish: None — the float is the garnish

Why it works

Density layering: the berry pour floats on the drier hopped body; each sip moves jammy → bitter → oak.

Pool day or backyard BBQ

Waggle Dance Paloma

Melomelina 4 Pack
Cocktail
  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 2 drops saline solution (or a small pinch of sea salt)
  • Melomelina hard honey to fill (about 4 oz)

Build in a highball glass over column ice at the classic 1:2 spirit-to-filler highball ratio. Add tequila, lime, grapefruit and saline, give one short stir, then fill with cold Melomelina and lift once from the bottom to integrate without flattening it.

Highball · Garnish: Thin watermelon wedge and a lime wheel

Why it works

Watermelon's fresh-cut green aldehydes (the 2,6-nonadienal family) sit on the same green-vegetal spectrum as cooked agave, so the tequila and the mead read as one flavor instead of two. Grapefruit's nootkatone adds bitter lift, the saline suppresses bitterness receptors just enough to push watermelon sweetness forward, and the honey's gluconic acid rounds the citric bite of the lime.

Golden-hour porch session

Bramble of the Brood

Atomic Berry 4 Pack
Cocktail
  • 1 1/2 oz London dry gin
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz honey syrup (2:1)
  • Atomic Berry hard honey to fill (about 3 oz), slow-poured

A bramble build: shake gin, lemon and honey syrup with ice, strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass, then slow-pour Atomic Berry over the back of a spoon so it bleeds down through the ice for the signature marbled look. Note the sour template is trimmed from the standard 2:1:1 — the mead already carries residual honey sweetness, so you subtract syrup rather than add.

Double rocks over crushed ice · Garnish: Skewered blackberry and raspberry with a slapped mint sprig

Why it works

Juniper's alpha-pinene and dark-berry anthocyanins are the classic bramble bridge — pine resin against jammy fruit. Lemon's citric acid sits sharper and shorter on the palate than the mead's soft gluconic acid, so the drink hits tart up front and finishes on honey.

Taco night

Smoke & Sting

Hoppy Penelope 4 Pack
Cocktail
  • 1 1/2 oz mezcal (or reposado tequila)
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
  • Hoppy Penelope hard honey to fill (about 4 oz)

Build mezcal, lime and bitters in a collins glass over ice, stir briefly, then fill with cold Hoppy Penelope and give one gentle lift. Keep the pour angled to preserve the hop aromatics riding the carbonation.

Collins · Garnish: Expressed grapefruit twist

Why it works

Hop myrcene and humulene overlap directly with agave's terpene profile, and citrusy hop thiols like 3-mercaptohexanol read as fresh grapefruit — which the bitters then echo on purpose. Mezcal's smoke phenols against the mead's honey sweetness create the same smoky-sweet tension that makes a mezcal paloma work.

Après-anything

Dark & Buzzy

Ginger Mule 4 Pack
Cocktail
  • 2 oz aged dark rum
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • Ginger Mule hard honey to fill (about 4 oz)
  • 1/4 oz of the rum reserved for the float

A Dark 'n' Stormy build, hive rules: fill a highball with ice, add lime, fill with Ginger Mule, add most of the rum and stir once, then float the reserved rum over the back of a bar spoon. The sugar- and congener-heavy rum is poured last and gently so it layers on top before slowly bleeding down.

Highball · Garnish: Candied ginger and a lime wheel on a pick

Why it works

Gingerol and shogaol fire the same TRPV1 heat receptors that barrel spice does, so the ginger burn and the rum's vanillin-caramel warmth read as one continuous glow instead of two separate hits. Ginger also contains its own citral, which echoes the lime peel and makes the citrus seamless.

Dessert course or nightcap

Banana Buzzline

PBee&J 4 Pack
Cocktail
  • 1 1/2 oz aged rum
  • 1/2 oz banana liqueur
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters
  • PBee&J hard honey to fill (about 3 oz)

Build rum, banana liqueur and bitters in a double rocks glass over one big clear cube, stir 10 seconds to chill and marry, then top with cold PBee&J and one gentle turn.

Double rocks, single large cube · Garnish: Dehydrated banana chip on the cube

Why it works

Roasted-peanut pyrazines and rum-barrel toast pyrazines are the same class of compound, so peanut and aged rum lock together instantly. Isoamyl acetate — banana's signature ester — is the classic PB-and-banana-sandwich pairing, and cacao bitters add just enough tannin to keep the honey-jam sweetness from going flat.

Party of eight

Swarm Punch

Atomic Berry 4 PackSparkling Spring Water
Cocktail
  • 8 oz vodka
  • 4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz honey syrup (2:1)
  • 2 cans Atomic Berry hard honey
  • 8 oz sparkling springwater, added at service
  • 1 large ice block

Proper punch technique for a crowd of eight: batch the vodka, lemon and honey syrup in the bowl over one large ice block (slow, even dilution), add the Atomic Berry, and hold the sparkling springwater until guests arrive — bubbles always go in last, at service.

Punch cups over the communal bowl · Garnish: Lemon wheels and whole berries floating in the bowl

Why it works

Berry anthocyanins are pH-sensitive pigments — the lemon's citric acid shifts the whole bowl to a brilliant ruby the moment it hits. The sparkling springwater does double duty as the texture tool: it restores the lift and dilution a punch normally borrows from ice melt, without watering down the berry-honey core.
